It is that time of the year where we discuss salary. In 2019, we'll see some increment on professions that require programming skills. This isn't a surprise and the demand isn't something new. However, more businesses are recognizing the importance of process automation. In the past few years, we are seeing MNC's hiring for programmers, but next year, smaller boutique companies will follow suit.
